In Y7 we have had a busy and engaging first week of 2025! In literacy for our writing focus Mrs Godfrey modelled biography writing by writing a short biography about Seamus Heaney. We also listened to some of his poems. In numeracy we have been extending our skills of the 4 rules and enjoyed an active maths lesson involving timing. Our Victorian's topic continues and we have started reading Under the Hawthorne Tree. In our PATHS lessons we were looking at Win-Win solutions for conflict resolution. Our PE this week saw us trying to be human catapults.
