Year 1 explored the terms full, empty and nearly full as we explored signs of Winter. We worked together in groups to fill our buckets with natural items. Our challenge was to fill our buckets full before Miss Barnes blew the whistle. When we ‘left no trace’, we were able to see how our buckets were empty.
We enjoyed being out in the fresh air and spotted all the trees with no leaves!
