Thank you to Stephen from Drumlin Wind Energy Co-Op for a fantastic workshop with Y7 today. We learned all about the need for alternative ways to make electricity and really enjoyed the challenge of making our own wind turbines! All 8 turbines worked with quite a few withstanding the hair dryer storm test! There are definitely a few engineers in the making in Y7.
