As part of Children’s Mental Health Week, Year 1 heard the story, ‘Have you Filled a Bucket Today?’. We learnt that whenever we make good choices and say kind words to others, we fill their invisible buckets. We designed our own buckets and talked about ways we can help fill our own buckets too.
We also celebrated Autism NI’s Superhero Week! We were challenged with completing helpful tasks at home to gain their superhero status. All of Year 1 competed their tasks and became superheroes!
