Year 1 loved their first Forest School session with Miss Barnes this week. We walked to the park and then learnt the important Forest School rules which keep everybody safe while we learn. We set up our boundary flags and began creating tree rubbings using paper and crayons.
Afterwards, we had time to explore the leaves around us which had fallen from the trees. We brought our favourite leaves back to our classroom to display on our Outdoor Learning board.
We can’t wait until our next Forest School lesson!
